If you wish to make a booking please first check availability using the calendar as above. Separate entries are made for the hall, 'Hobbies' meeting room, 'Library' meeting room and/or the small 'Front' meeting room. Once you establish that the hall and/or rooms are available for the date and time you require, you are able to book simply by clicking on the '+' on the date you want on the calendar. Multiple bookings may be made. The booking process will show you the charges and any options available. Before you can confirm the booking you wish to make, there is a simple logon procedure which will create an 'account'.
The charges vary according to the room being booked, the day and time of day. Charges are expressed as a cost by hour. The hire charge is payable at least 7 days before the event. For the hall, where thought necessary by the Booking Secretary, there will be a 'security' deposit of £100 which is returned after the event provided no damage has been caused. Cancellations will incur no charge if at least one week's notice is given otherwise 50% of the charge is payable. Hire fees may be paid by bank transfer, Card (via Stripe), Cheque or cash.
For larger events, cutlery may be hired. A commercial dishwasher is also available - rates on application.
