To look at the availability for the Hall or any of the rooms please click on the Calendar button below (You will be taken to a Calendar on our Hallmaster account which clearly shows the availability of the Hall and/or rooms). You may proceed from the Calendar to make a booking:
Booking
If you wish to make a booking please first check availability using the Calendar button below. Separate entries are made for the hall, 'Hobbies' meeting room, 'Library' meeting room and/or the small 'Front' meeting room. Once you establish that the hall and/or rooms are available for the date and time you require, you are able to book simply by clicking on the '+' on the date you want. Multiple bookings may be made. The booking process will show you the charges and any options available. Before you can confirm the booking you wish to make, there is a simple logon procedure which will create an 'account'. This account can be used for future bookings.
